Get a QR Code Reader

Grab yourself a FREE QR Code Reader so you can unleash the power of QR Codes on your phone. It will be helpful to know your mobile model number.

The easiest way is to point your mobile phone browser to one of the following providers and download their Free software – they should be able to detect whether your phone is good enough.

For Windows Mobile devices we recommend trying the i-nigma reader first. It is the best in our experience.

Google Phone owners, a free reader can be downloaded from the Android Market.

iPhone owners can download a number of free readers from the App Store. Our recommendation based on client feedback is for the QuickMark reader which has a small fee. (Note: We have no commercial interest in QuickMark.)

BlackBerry owners with BlackBerry Messenger 5.0 on their phone already have a reader built in to this app. We recommend upgrading to the BBM 5.0 for those who don't have it. You will need to be on version 4.5 of the Blackberry o/s to run BBM 5.0. For those who cannot updgrade to this version of the o/s we recommend you start with the Bee Tagg reader.
